Delete your Dukkan Abdulaal account

You can delete your account in the Dukkan Abdulaal app at any time. If you can't open the app, the store will delete it for you.

In the app

1. Open the Dukkan Abdulaal app and go to Account.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete.

If you have an order on its way, delete the account after it's delivered or cancelled.

Without the app

Call the store or come to the shop in Al-Bass, Tyre, and ask to delete your account. We check that it's yours (the number on the account) and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Straight away: your name, number, email, date of birth, gender, password, Apple or Google sign-in, two-step sign-in settings, saved addresses and favourite items. You are signed out on every phone.

What is kept

• Your past orders stay in the store's sales records (what was bought, when and for how much), without your address, notes or comments, because the store must keep its sales records.
• Your customer card at the store's till keeps your name, number and points, so you can still use your points at the till. Ask the store and it will remove the card too.
• Copies in the store's encrypted backups are gone within about 35 days.
